This is the easiest step you will take towards improving your health & fitness! Just CONTACT US and let us know when you would like to stop on by during one of our classes and check us out.

 

Checking out a class in-person allows you the opportunity to see how the CrossFit class is structured and meet the coaches. You also get to see first hand what we are all about as you watch our everyday athletes in action!

STEP 2

Schedule a FREE Assessment

During your visit, you can set up an appointment with one of our coaches to conduct your FREE Total Mobility Assessment.

 

Your assessment will be conducted 1-on-1 with one of our coaches. During your assessment we will assess your basic mobility, core strength, past or current injuries and your health/medication history. 

 

Your coach will discuss with you the importance of mobility improvement and why developing core strength and conditioning can improve not only your overall health, but also help you in preventing other health issues.

STEP 3

Sign Up for CFR Elements

Lastly, after you registrate as a new CrossFit Rockdale Athlete, you'll sign-up for our next CFR Elements course.

 

We have established the premiere CrossFit Foundations program east of Atlanta, and all of our new athletes are required to pass the program before they attend their first CrossFit class.

 

CFR Elements is designed to teach you, the new athlete, the fundamental movements of CrossFit as well as the other key movements that you will see during your WODs (Workout of the Day).

 

The CFR Elements course is free of charge with your membership!
